Eedris Abdulkareem reportedly arrested for beating up his landlord

Veteran Nigerian rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem is currently held down in police custody for beating up the landlord of where he resides at Ikeja, Lagos.

According to reports, Eedris was arrested after his landlord, Oladipo Abimbola filed a complaint with the police over the incident which occurred on January 3, 2020 at Valley View Estate in Ikeja.

It was gathered that after the singer’s landlord instructed officials of the Ikeja Electricity Destribution ( IKED) to disconnect his power supply due to unpaid and accumulated electricity bills of N535,000, Eedris allegedly forced his way into his Abimbola’s apartment to beat him.

While Eedris accused his landlord of sexually harassing his wife who rented the apartment while he was away, Abimbola accused him of harassment and intimidation.

The singer further alleged that Abimbola was once arrested for sexually harassing a female tenant.

The Police is still carrying out its investigation.
