Turkey-based NigerianDJ Emmanuel İfeanyi Okonyia better known as Dj EmmyJay was found lying in the pool of his own blood in his apartment.
According to police preliminary report, the deceased had a knife next to his body and his hands and feet tied from behind and was allegedly tortured before he was finally killed last week in Mecidiyeköy Mahallesi Ahu İstanbu.
According to a source, a tenant opening the door with his own key of the apartment found Okonyia motionless in the living room with his hands and feet tied behind with a cable. Closing the door in a panic, she came out and called the landlord and explained the situation.
Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene after the landlady was informed. The medical teams who entered with the police confirmed that Emmanuel İfeanyi Okonyia was already dead.
