Gender specialist, social activist as well as travel, event, and media entrepreneur, Shade Ladipo responded to Nigerians claiming Burna Boy was cheated at the Grammys.
Burna was nominated in the category for Best World Music Album but he lost to legendary Beninese singer, Angelique Kidjo and this has caused a lot of argument on social media, as some believe Burna Boy was meant to win the award and others claimed he was cheated.
However media personality, Shade Ladipo disagreed with them as she believes Burna boy was never cheated in the video she posted, stating her reason.
She said:

For the Burna Boy fans who claim he has been cheated, pls know your history, know your music
Burna is a great artiste but it takes more than 1 Album and 2 years of Faux touring the US to become the standard for World Music
