Coronavirus Scare Makes Peruzzi Reject Performance In China

Peruzzi has turned down an offer to perform in China due to the deadly coronavirus plague.

A curious fan asked the singer how much would it cost him to perform in an Asian country and Peruzzi immediately said he wouldn’t be available and referred to fellow to label mate Mayorkun.

He further stated that people should stick to what they know how to do and leave what they do not have expertise in.

Coronaviruses are a group of viruses that cause diseases in mammals and birds. In humans, the viruses cause respiratory infections, including the common cold.

In cows and pigs, coronaviruses cause diarrhea. In chickens, they cause an upper respiratory disease. There are no vaccines or antiviral drugs that are approved for prevention or treatment.

And ways to prevent having the virus is by ;

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty, and avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands,  as well as close contact with people who are sick.

Stay home when you are sick, cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash, clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
