Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has reacted to his father, Pete Edochie’s recent controversial assertion about men kneeling to propose to their women.
Pete Edochie was recently spotted in a video saying men who get on their knees to propose to their partners are not just fools but ‘compound buffoons’.

He explained that the practice was alien to the African culture and confers authority on the wife as the head of the house, instead of the husband.
However, Yul Edochie has just shared a meme on Instagram showing Pete Edochie supposedly behind a man slightly bent and pointed his fans’ attention to the meme which reads:
“When you are about to kneel down to propose and you see Pete Edochie behind you.”
