I Am A Different Person Now – Kevin Hart

Kevin Hart has spoken about how his perspective on life has changed since his car accident just over two months ago.

Hart appears to have recovered completely from the serious back injuries he sustained from the car crash and has been seen in public twice.

The 40-year-old speaking on his SiriusXM radio show Laugh Out Loud said that the accident altered his life and that he is now a different person. He also disclosed that he got gifts from “weird” celebrities and that a lot of people sent him flowers and cards.

For me, I’m a different version of myself… This ain’t got nothing to do about going to church… It’s not spiritual, spiritual is the wrong word. You’re more present, more aware… It’s all a joke until you get smacked with that real-life reality.

… I could not f–ing move. I could not wipe my ass… I literally I couldn’t do none of that. It makes you realize… you really are helpless. There was nothing I could do.

Kevin Hart’s first official appearance was at the E! 2019 People’s Choice Awards where he was given the Comedy Act of 2019.

In his acceptance speech, the comedian appreciated his fans for their continued support, stating that it meant the world to him.
