The information was revealed by actor Dan Fogler who plays the character of Jacob Kowalski in the Harry Potter spin-off movies.

The Fantastic Beasts films focus on a young Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne), a wizard who is fascinated with some of the most unusual creatures in the wizarding world.

Speaking recently to SyFy Wire, Fogler said that the cast couldn’t wait to go back to shooting the sequel (production has been on hold due to the COVID-19 crisis).

The actor also disclosed the upcoming movie is “leading towards this massive war with the backdrop of World War II, so you can imagine epic battle scenes are coming.”

It had also been reported that the story in the third Fantastic Beasts film will focus more on Jude Law’s Albus Dumbledore and feature more action at Hogwarts. It will also take the magic to a whole new location – Rio de Janeiro.

Fans know that the plot will also see the confrontation between Dumbledore and Grindewald (Johnny Depp). The former’s defeat at the hands of Hogwarts’ most famous headmaster became the stuff of legend in the wizarding world.
