‘Wonder Woman 1984’: See Kristen Wiig’s Cheetah Makeup

Thanks to two new images, fans can now have a glimpse of how the character of Cheetah looks in Wonder Woman 1984.

The upcoming DC movie stars Gal Gadot returning as the Amazonian superhero; this time facing off against Cheetah (Kristen Wiig) and Maxwell Lord (Pedro Pascal).

Fans have been giddy with excitement since Wiigs’s involvement in what will be the first screen incarnation of the formidable villain who more than matches Diana’s powers in the comics.

Named Barbara Ann Minerva, Wiig’s character starts out as the average woman but undergoes a transformation, becoming Cheetah.

Wonder Woman 1984 will deal with the titular character’s confrontation with the two aforementioned antagonists and the unexpected return of Steve Trevor (Chris Pine).

One of the forthcoming film’s biggest mysteries has been the appearance of Cheetah; something that fans have mulled endlessly. Thankfully, they can now get their official first look.

DCEU Updates’ Twitter account has shared two images from a sticker pack showing Wiig in her Cheetah makeup. They may not be as revealing as many hope, but they’re definitely worth seeing.

Wonder Woman 1984 is directed by Patty Jenkins and will be released by Warner Bros. Pictures on October 2, 2020.
