Adamawa state has recorded its first case of the novel Coronavirus.
The state Governor, Ahmadu Finitri, made this known on Wednesday.

In a statewide broadcast on Wednesday, the governor stated that the victim had since been moved to the state isolation centre at the Specialist Hospital in Yola.
Recall that the victim had confirmed his status in a telephone conversation with newsmen.
The victim had returned from Kano about a week back and went on self-isolation.
He was moved to the state isolation centre, from where he made the confirmation Wednesday morning.
