The Democrat’s Presidential candidate in the 2016 United States’ election, Hilary Clinton, has reacted to the impeachment of President Donald Trump.

Odunews.com had earlier reported that Donald Trump was impeached after members of the House of Representatives voted 230 to 197 to charge him with ‘abuse of power;’ and 229 to 198 with ‘obstructing Congress.’

Reacting to Trump’s impeachment on her official twitter handle, Clinton said ” One of our most precious rights as Americans is the right to determine who our leaders are.  The president abused his powers to cheat in the next election and rob us of that right. Then he obstructed Congress to cover it up.  Impeachment is the only remedy. #DefendOurDemocracy

Recall that Hilary Clinton’s husband, Bill Clinton has also faced the same fate as President Trump when he was impeached on December 19, 1998 during his second term as president.
