Over eight corpses got burnt on Tuesday after a fire outbreak that affected the morgue of Anatomy Department of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife Osun state.
Odunews.com gathered that there was no casualty recorded as a result of the inferno.
Spokesperson for Osun Police Command, Folasade Odoro, confirmed the incident.
She added that the incident occurred around 4:30 am on Tuesday and confirmed that ten bodies were affected by the incident.
According to her, the police are investigating the incident with a view to unraveling the cause of the fire accident.
