The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has announced 242 new COVID-19 cases in the country.
88 of the cases were recorded in Lagos while Kano recorded 64 new infections.
The NCDC disclosed this through a tweet on Monday night.
A total of 4,641 cases have now been recorded in 34 states and the federal capital territory (FCT).
The number of fatalities increased from 142 to 150, while recoveries increased from 778 to 902.
