Nigeria’s COVID-19 death toll has hit 200 with 284 fresh cases recorded on Wednesday.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control disclosed this through its twitter handle.
Of the new 284 cases, 199 was recorded in Lagos, 26 in Rivers, 19 in Oyo and 8 each in FCT and Borno state.
Other states that recorded new cases are: Plateau(7), Jigawa(6), Kano(5), Abia(2), Ekiti(1), Delta(1), Kwara(1) and Taraba(1).
A total of 1,840 patients have also been discharged since the first case of the virus was recorded in the country.
