Kogi state governor, Yahaya Bello, has lifted the lockdown earlier imposed in Kabba and Bunu local government areas of the state.
The Governor also insisted that there is no COVID-19 cases in the state despite three cases being announced by the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
Yahaya Bello, governor of Kogi, announced this on Friday at the Government House in Lokoja.
He said lifting the lockdown became necessary after samples taken from the LGA returned negative.
