The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has dismissed the suit filed by the Action’s Peoples Party challenging the emergence of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president-elect.
Counsel of the APP, Obed Agu, announced the withdrawal of the party’s petition against the All Progressives Party and its presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
In the brief ruling, Justice Tsammani, who is the presiding judge of the Presidential Election Petition Court, dismissed the suit.
Recall that the Tribunal had, on Monday, dismissed the suit filed by the Action Alliance, following the withdrawal of the petition by the party.
