
Nigerian fashion designer Oluwaseun Kuforiji has officially set a new Guinness World Record for the Longest Sewing Marathon. He sewed for an amazing 106 hours, 55 minutes, and 20 seconds without stopping!
The record-breaking event took place in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, Nigeria, from January 22 to January 26, 2025. It was a true test of his skill, patience, and determination.
After receiving his Guinness World Record certificate, Kuforiji said, “This is not just my achievement, it is for every Nigerian and every creative person who dares to dream. Sewing is my passion, and I wanted to show that hard work and determination can break barriers.”
