Bayelsa: APC To Appeal Court’s Ruling Disqualifying Candidates

The All Progressives Congress has stated that its lawyers are already working on appealing the federal high court’s ruling that the party has no governorship candidate for the November 16 governorship election in the state.

The party stated this at a press briefing on Thursday.

Odunews.com had earlier reported how a federal high court sitting in Yenegoa ruled that the APC primaries conducted in the state did not follow due process and therefore nullified it.
