American country singer Taylor Swift has surpassed Michael Jackson’s record as she won the first 5 American Music Awards (AMAs) yesterday.
The award wins means Taylor has beaten Michael Jackson’s record of 24 wins with her 29, a monumental achievement in the music career of the young singer.
In her acceptance speech, Taylor noted how good the year had been to her and appreciated everyone for their support.
