Durrell Babbs, better known by his stage name Tank, is an American R&B singer-songwriter, advises people against the act of recording themselves while on the act of helping people.
According to him, social media made a lot of people think they haven’t done anything if it is not recorded.
He also said that the act of kindness done without shady motive usually gets rewarded by the universe.
He shared: ”Social media has confused the idea that if it’s not recorded and posted then it didn’t happen. Find peace in the things you do for the right reasons. Not because you’re getting likes and interaction for it. Only the universe can reward you for the authentic kindness of your heart! So on this Thanksgiving be grateful, be prayerful, and be mindful”.
