Legendary actor Anthony Hopkins has hinted that when it comes to seeking the opinion of actors, it’s not needful as they are pretty stupid.
The actor is currently promoting his latest movie The Two Popes and didn’t shy away from saying that as an actor his opinion wasn’t worth anything.
People ask me questions about present situations in life, and I say, ‘I don’t know, I’m just an actor. I don’t have any opinions. Actors are pretty stupid. My opinion is not worth anything. There’s no controversy for me, so don’t engage me in it, because I’m not going to participate.Anthony Hopkins – movieweb.com
Hopkins comments may draw a lot of controversy as a lot of people would strongly disagree with his views on the subject. Actors have been known to travel the world, learning about different languages and cultures, training to acquire new skills and in some cases, even delving into mind-boggling research for movie roles.
