U.S. rapper Cardi B is having fun in Nigeria, and Nigerians are excited to have her as they have christened her and her daughter Kulture with Nigerian names.
The visiting rap sensation in a chat with Cool FM revealed that a lot has changed since the arrival of her daughter and that she had to put a check on some of the things she used to do before.
Cardi B reacted to the name she had been given (Chioma) by saying that she liked it and also said that she was ready to go to jail for Kulture and Cool FM’s Taymi B interjected by stating that she and her daughter had to be given local names, asking the hip hop star to reveal the one thing that her daughter had brought into her life so that the name they would give to her would be derived from that.
Cardi B said that Kulture brought happiness to her life and the name ‘Ayo’ was given to her. The mother was excited about the name chosen and its origin was explained to her by Nigerian musician Darey.
