American television personality and moderator of ‘ The View’, Whoopi Goldberg has shunned Meghan McCain for the first time for her habitual interruptions during an argument about impeachments on the popular ABC talk show.
Liberal co-host, Joy Behar, McCain and conservative panelist Abby Huntsman had engaged in a heated exchange over the difference between Trump officials refusing to testify in the impeachment proceedings and former Vice President Joe Biden saying he would not go under oath either.
Hostin answered making it clear to McCain said she wasn’t talking about the GOP senators, not her.
In an attempt to stop the argument, Goldberg tossed the show to a commercial break but McCain continued complaining saying that it didn’t appear they wanted a conservative perspective on this show.
Angered by this, Goldberg snapped at her telling her to stop talking; ‘Girl, please stop talking!” “Please stop talking now!”
McCain, shocked by the outburst vowed not to talk for the rest of the show.
“I’m OK with that,” Goldberg responded surprising the audience “I’m OK with that. If you are going to behave like this.”
McCain still stubbornly insisted she was not behaving poorly and was merely trying to “show conservative perspective” but Hostin wouldn’t let her talk.
Goldberg, however, shot back that McCain had been talking over people before eventually tossing the show to a commercial break.
