Those spreading the word that Nigeria’s two biggest female artists Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade have bad blood between them were put to shame yesterday.
The two artists gave music lovers an unforgettable night as they came together at the popular Eko Hotels & Suites in Lagos.
In her Everything Savage concert, Tiwa Savage had invited Yemi Alade to perform alongside her on stage and fans went wild at the sight.
The excitement was palpable and as Yemi Alade started her rendition, she walked to where her female colleague was and they hugged each other in what was a momentous occasion.
What happened was spectacular as the two prominent music stars had never been featured together and fans totally loved every second of it.

It’s things like this that make the industry go forward as the ladies have shown that they have each other’s backs. Showing support for fellow artists is something that endears a singer to his or her fans and Tiwa and Yemi make for a really powerful combo!
