Guns Akimbo the action comedy film starring Daniel Radcliffe has secured a release date.

Daniel Radcliffe starred in the Harry Potter movies as the titular character and has since gone on to feature in a wide range of different films.

The movie premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 9, 2019, and Collider’s Perri Nemiroff saw it and called it “super ambitious, irresistibly flashy and well worth the wait”.

The official synopsis for the film reads:

Miles’ (Daniel Radcliffe) nerdy existence as a video game developer takes a dramatic turn when he inadvertently gets caught up as the next contestant with SKIZM, an underground gang live-streaming real-life death matches.  While Miles excels at running away from everything, that won’t help him outlast Nix (Samara Weaving), a killer at the top of her game.

Guns Akimbo stars Daniel Radcliffe, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, and Samara Weaving. It is written and directed by Jason Lei Howden and will be released theatrically on February 28, 2020.
