Prophet T.B. Joshua has spoken out following the backlash he received for saying that the Coronavirus pandemic would end on March 27, 2020.
Nigeria’s COVID-19 case currently stands at 111, and citizens have slammed the cleric who they now regard as a fake prophet.
Responding to the critics, T.B. Joshua has reportedly ‘fine-tuned’ his prophecy.
Speaking recently, he when he gave the prophecy, what he meant was that the virus would vanish spiritually on March 27, 2020.
“I meant coronavirus would vanish spiritually the same way it came. As I speak, the virus is no more in the spirit realm.
I didn’t specify so why would people conclude I meant physically? Men of today lack understanding. Instead of taking the time to understand the context in which something was said, they are always quick to judge.”
Earlier, T.B. Joshua had said to his congregation:
“This month (March), 27th, it will be over (referring to the coronavirus).
By the end of this month, no matter the medicine they produce to cure whatever, it will go the way it came, even if it is not medicine that brought this to the world, medicine cannot take it out. It will go the way it came.”
