Nigerian media personality IK Osakioduwa has come out to refute claims that he has contracted the deadly coronavirus.
As of the time of writing this, Nigeria has confirmed about 40 cases of COVID-19, and there have been reports of some famous individuals who have returned to the country recently but have refused to go into self-isolation.
One of the persons who according to rumors have been to the United Kingdom lately, is IK Osakioduwa, and he has responded to the claims.
The media personality clarified via his Instagram page that contrary to the rumors making the rounds that he went to the UK, came back, attended the AMVCA, and also some clubs, he hasn’t been to London in a long time and he doesn’t have coronavirus.
His statement reads:
“I usually would not address this but the rumors are making the rounds. People passing messages around that I went to the UK and got the coronavirus, took it to AMVCA, took it to some clubs. I haven’t been to London for a very long time. I haven’t been to that club… I don’t have coronavirus.”
