Lagos Youth Parliament Sympathizes With Abule Ado Residents Over Explosions

The office of the chairman committee on transportation and infrastructure Youth Parliament has expressed it concerns for the victims and residents of Abule Ado over the weekend explosions.

The statement reads:

It’s with heavy heart i send my deepest condolence to victims and families affected by the pipeline explosions which happned yesterday, 15 March 2020, at Abule-Ado Area of Lagos State.

Particularly, Rev. Sr Henrietta Alokha, Principal of Bethlehem High School Abule Ado, who ensured the students in her school were safe, but lost her life in the process.

Also, not forgetting the good people of Lagos State and Abule-Ado area who were of great and immense help, in rescuing the victims, my innermost appreciation goes to them.

I appeal to members of the public and residents of the affected communities to remain calm as the Lagos State Government is definitely looking into the situation to create respect for the people.
