BREAKING: 8 COVID-19 Patients Discharged In Lagos

The Lagos State Government says it has discharged eight Coronavirus patients who have tested negative for the virus.

This brings the total number of discharged patients in the state to 69.

The announcement was made by the state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, via his Twitter handle on Tuesday.

This brings the number of patients successfully managed and discharged from our facilities to 69.

“More great news today from our Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba. 8 more people; 2 females and 6 males have tested negative and fully recovered from #COVID19. They have been discharged to return to their families”, he said.

“This brings the number of patients successfully managed and discharged from our facilities to 69.

“Please, let us continue to adhere to all the safety advice from our health experts”, the Governor added.
