Even though she has reportedly been ill of late, rapper Cardi B has said she does have the coronavirus.
The hip hop artist visited the hospital recently and fans naturally became concerned she may have been infected with the virus.
Taking to her social media, Cardi B dismissed the rumours, revealing that she was in the hospital for another reason.
Page Six reports that the rapper confirmed she was in the emergency room on Wednesday and later revealed that she was dealing with gastrointestinal issues.
On her Instagram Live yesterday, Cardi B said that she’s been “very f**king sick” for the past week.
She disclosed that she took a pregnancy test because she was vomiting, explaining that the pain was so bad that she had to reach her doctor to try and get a house call.
Since medical personnel weren’t allowed to visit homes at the moment, she was told to drink ginger tea.
The star also said that she had warned the US about the spread of COVID-19 a month ago, expressing concern about its impact.
