As the effect of the lockdown in the nation takes its toll on Nigerians, some of the celebrities in the country have been assisting by giving to the needy.
Among those who have been generous with donations is singer Mr. P, and one of his followers on Twitter begged him for money to buy a new laptop.
The young man said he makes a living from online registration (NYSC amongst others) and advocated for financial aid to purchase a new system.
Mr P didn’t mince words in his reply, telling the man that people were hungry for food while he was talking about a laptop.
He wrote:
“Oga you are not serious! People are hungry for food and you are here talking about laptop.”
