My Wife Has Tested Positive For Coronavirus – CNN’s Chris Cuomo

CNN reporter Chris Cuomo has revealed that his wife Cristina Greeven Cuomo has tested positive for COVID-19.

Cuomo announced last month that he was diagnosed with the deadly virus and made the disclosure about his wife’s health status yesterday night.

In an interview with his big brother, New York City Governor, Andrew Cuomo, the CNN anchor said:

“Cristina now has COVID-19. She is now positive and it just breaks my heart. It is the one thing I was hoping wouldn’t happen and now it has.”

Cuomo has been very public about his fight with the virus, stating last week that he considered skipping his show due to the sweating, difficulty in breathing and inability to sleep that come with the disease.

He had commented previously:

“So, here’s what I’ve learned. Here’s the secret to kicking this virus: It’s not a pill or a potion. It’s about your will and devotion. The virus wants us to lay down. The virus wants us to take it. Other than the blessed few, the rest of us who get this are going to have an experience unlike anything else they’ve ever had, days and waves.”
