Some communities in Ogun state have been raided by bandits.
Sango Ota, Ijoko, Agbado Ijaiye are among the communities being attacked by these bandits.
Some residents of the communities who spoke to odunews.com said that the robberies have been going on for days.
“We have not been able to sleep for over five days”, a resident in Ijaiye Ojokoro said.
“We had to call all men in the streets to come utside at night so as to serve as to secure the street” he added.
The People of Ogun State cannot even Maintain Social Distance or “Stay at home” as they’ve come out to defend themselves otherwise they get robbed in their houses.

Youth Leader of Majeobaje Community, identified as Kazeem said that the police are aware of the incessant robberies.
“We’ve informed the police and they are fully aware”, he said.
“They are doing their utmost because most streets are faced with the same problem, they can’t be everywhere at the same time and that’s why we have decided to work as vigilantes”.
Some of the communities facing the same menace include: Kola, Sango Ota, Ajegunle, Abule Ijoko, Ijaiye Ojokoro, Meiran and other neighbouring streets.
