Hollywood actor Channing Tatum got tested for coronavirus just after his 40th birthday in order to eliminate the risk of spreading it to his former wife Jenna Dewan and their daughter.
Sources who spoke with TMZ said that Tatum volunteered to undergo testing for COVID-19 after his ex-wife Jenna Dewan (also an actress) raised concerns about him being exposed following a birthday hangout he hosted in late April.
Channing had turned 40 on April 26 and he and his five closest friends (who according to the reports were all in self-isolation) hung out for his birthday for a little dirt biking at his personal ranch.
Jenna got to know about the little hangout and was concerned that Channing could have been exposed and put their daughter Everly (who spends her time separately with her parents) and herself at risk. Also, Jenna has a new baby at home.
Channing understood her concerns and made the decision to get tested on his own. A few days later, the results came back negative.
Sources claim that since then, the 22 Jump Street star has made up for lost time as the former couple are back on their regular custody schedule with Everly.
