Tramar Lacel Dillard, popularly known as Flo Rida, has teamed up with his personal doctor to get coronavirus testing ramped up at Florida companies aiming to reopen safely.
TMZ reports that the hip hop star, along with his doctor and business partner, Dr. George Tabi, has launched a $1.5 million healthcare venture called the Asktabs Mobile Wellness Center.
The goal of the mobile testing site is to get healthy people back to work as the state reopens its economy. That obviously requires a lot of COVID-19 testing, and Flo Rida’s mobile site boasts the ability to conduct up to 1,500 tests in a day with a staff of 14 people.
The Asktabs Mobile Center conducted its first round of tests last week for The Metro Wrapz Company, Miami. According to reports, 30 employees were tested.
Even though Flo Rida’s mobile testing site is available to all, the main focus is providing testing for businesses so that workers can get back to their jobs as quickly and as safely as possible. The rapper’s goal is to travel to other cities around the Sunshine State as well.
