Tristan Thompson Files Lawsuit Against Woman Insisting He Fathered Her Child

NBA star Tristan Thompson has filed a libel suit, seeking damages against Kimberly Alexander, the woman insisting that he is the father of her 5-year-old son.

Khloe Kardashian’s ex is making good on his promise to sue the woman who is claiming that he fathered her son despite a paternity test proving otherwise.

The complaint filed by Tristan was obtained by Hollywood Life and part of it reads:

Defendant Kimberly Alexander is a wannabe social media influencer and pornographic performer/model who is so desperate to achieve her 15 minutes of fame that she fabricated a false claim that NBA star Tristan Thompson is the father of her nearly 5-year-old son.’

The suit also notes that Tristan has already taken a paternity test and ‘based on the results reported and verified by the AABB accredited facility mutually selected by Alexander and Thompson’s attorneys, the test concluded that Thompson is not the father of Alexander’s child.

A blog called Gossip of the City that reportedly got the text conversations between Tristan and Kimberly reported that she wanted a second paternity test to be performed at a second facility.

According to the blog, the reason was that the first facility had promoted doing business with Khloe and the rest of her reality TV family. After learning this, Kimberly concluded that the results couldn’t be trusted.

Alexander claimed that she had ‘lots of dirt (on Tristan)’ so Khloe paid off the facility to falsify the paternity test results.

Responding to Kimberly’s claims, Tristan made the following comments in his lawsuit papers: “Such statements are false, outrageous and highly defamatory.”
