U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson announces that hotels, pubs, restaurants and cinemas will open their doors from July 4, in a significant relaxation of the restrictions imposed in March. Speaking in Parliament on Tuesday, Johnson also announced a halving of the minimum “social distance” between people to one meter.
