The Kogi West Election Tribunal has upheld the election of Smart Adeyemi of the All Progressives Congress as Senator of the constituency.
The tribunal also dismissed the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party candidate Dino Melaye.
The three judges of the tribunal were unanimous that the petitioners failed to prove their case.
