The Joint Admission and Matriculation board has announced the cut-off marks for admission seekers into tertiary institutions across the country.
The announcement was made at the 20th Policy Meeting on Admissions to Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria held on Tuesday.
The meeting approve d160 as the minimum score for gaining admission into public universities. It also slated 140 as minimum UTME score for admission into private universities.
For public polytechnic, 120 UTME score was approved, while 100 was approved for Colleges of Education, innovative enterprises and institutes.
