JUST IN: Supreme Court Gives Ruling On Bayelsa Governor, Duoye Diri’s, Election

The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed an appeal challenging the emergence of Duoye Diri as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the primary election.

The appeal was filed by Mr Timi Alaibe who also contested in the party’s primary election.

The apex court has however dismissed the appeal on the basis that it lacks merit.
