Lagos State Health Commissioner, Prof. Akin Abayomi, says the COVID-19 cases in Lagos state is expected to peak in August.

He stated this during the daily COVID-19 press briefing at the Bagaulto Kaltho Press Centre in Alausa.
He said; “Based on postulations, COVID-19 cases are like to peak next month; we are hoping it peaks soon and the curve eventually gets flattened.
Lagos has so far recorded 13,806 cases with 1,993 recoveries and 177 deaths.
