Four Dead, Scores Injured In Kano Explosion – Police

The Nigerian Police Command in Kano state has confirmed the death of four persons in the explosion that rocked the Sabon Garri area of Kano state.

Odunews.com had earlier reported that an explosion close to a primary school in Sabon Garri might have left scores of people dead and injured.

Kano state Commissioner of Police, Sama’ila Dikko, noted that four persons have been confirmed dead in the incident.

Several people suffered horrific injuries during the incident and eyewitnesses claim that the death toll might increase.
