JUST IN: Tinubu Endorses Sanwo-Olu, Hamzat For Second Term [VIDEO]

National leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has endorsed the second term bid of the Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat.

The Commissioner for Information, Gbenga Omotoso, made this known on Friday.

This followed speculations that Sanwo-Olu may be denied a second term in office.

“LET’S GO: Asiwaju endorsing Governor Sanwo-Olu for another term at an APC stakeholder meeting today. Thank you all for all your loving thoughts,” he posted.

“Asiwaju ⁦@officialABAT officially endorsed Governor ⁦@jidesanwoolu and deputy @drobafemihamzat for second term,” Gboyega Akosila, who is Sanwo-Olu’s chief press secretary tweeted on Friday along with a video of Tinubu raising the hands of the governor and his deputy.
