The All Progressives Congress has named Plateau state governor, Simon Lalong as the Director General for its Presidential campaign ahead of the 2023 election.
The party also announced former Minister of State for Labour and Employment Festus Keyamo as the interim spokesperson of the Campaign Organisation, while the deputy spokesperson is Barr Hanatu Musa Musa.
APC’s National Chairman Abdullahi Adamu disclosed this to pressmen in Abuja on Thursday.
Adamu led the presidential candidate of the party Bola Tinubu and his running mate Kashim Shettima to a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari in his office in Abuja.
According to him, the meeting was to brief the President and get his approval on the party’s plans regarding the campaign outfits and organogram.
