Court Scraps Aishatu Binani’s Election As APC Guber Candidate In Adamawa

A Federal High Court in Yola has nullified the governorship primary of the All Progressives Congress Adamawa.

The APC primary produced Senator Aisha Binani as the party’s governorship candidate but this has now been overturned by the High Court.

The court on Friday declared that there will be no candidate for the APC in the state for the 2023 elections but said both petitioner and defendants are free to appeal the ruling
