“General Hospital” Actress Haley Pullos Faces Lawsuit Over DUI Car Crash

Haley Pullos, known for her role on the television show “General Hospital,” is facing a lawsuit related to a car crash that occurred during her recent DUI arrest. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a man named Courtney Wilder claims that Pullos collided with his vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana.

Wilder alleges that Pullos was driving the wrong way on a freeway offramp, and despite other drivers swerving to avoid her car, he was unable to react in time and crashed head-on into her vehicle. As a result of the collision, Wilder claims he suffered critical injuries and had to be transported to a hospital.

Earlier reports by TMZ revealed that Pullos was arrested on April 29 in Pasadena, California, after allegedly driving on a freeway and swerving into oncoming traffic. Police officers discovered marijuana edibles and mini-bottles of tequila in her car. Pullos was taken to a hospital, where she was arrested for felony DUI. Witnesses reported that she displayed signs of impairment, such as smelling of alcohol, having watery eyes, and slurred speech.

The lawsuit also references an incident in which Pullos allegedly hit a firefighter who was assessing her injuries and made a comment about an expensive shirt. Wilder criticizes Pullos, claiming that she prioritized a material possession over the well-being of the crash victims.

In his legal complaint, Wilder argues that Pullos should have refrained from driving after being involved in a hit-and-run earlier that night. He further alleges that mixing alcohol with weed edibles impaired her ability to operate a vehicle safely.

Wilder states that the crash caused lasting injuries to his body and extensive damage to his car, which was deemed a total loss. He is seeking damages from Pullos as a result of the incident.
