The All Progressives Congress has elected former Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, as the national chairman of the party.

The decision was reached at the National Executive Council meeting held in Abuja on Thursday.
The party’s NEC also elected former Senate spokesman, Ajibola Basiru as National Secretary.
