Manchester City defeated Crystal Palace 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday, keeping their Premier League title hopes burning bright with two matches remaining in the season.

Phil Foden orchestrated the victory with two assists, first setting up Antonie Semenyo for the opening goal with a clever backheel. Foden's movement and creativity dominated the first half as City pressed their advantage against a Palace side that offered little resistance.

Omar Marmoush doubled City's lead before half time after Foden hooked Josko Gvardiol's pass into the box. Palace goalkeeper Dean Henderson made one fine save to deny Gvardiol a header moments later, briefly halting City's onslaught.

The second half became a more measured contest, with City content to manage their lead rather than press for more goals. Savinho sealed the comfortable win with a late third, a finish that improved City's goal difference to one better than Arsenal's. Arsenal remain two points clear at the top with the same number of games remaining.

The victory keeps City's title dreams alive after recent dropped points threatened to derail their campaign. With two fixtures to play, City will hope Arsenal slip up while they chase down the deficit in what has become an absorbing title race.
