Controversial Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley, says Lyta’s mother prayed for Asians after his latest music video was said to have been plagiarised.
Born Opeyemi Babatunde, Lyta recently joined Naira Marley’s record label and released the visuals to his new single, “Hold Me Down”, which had exact scenes as “Just Right” by South Korean K-pop boy band GOT7.
Taking to his twitter handle on Sunday, Naira Marley said he spoke to Lyta’s mum and “told her that her son is now very famous in Asia, she said thank God and she prayed for everybody in Asia”.

A Twitter fan page of GOT7 @GOT7_JYP noted the similarity between both videos. “Please take legal action on this. We do not accept plagiarism”, they tweeted and tagged the boy band official Twitter account.
