Abia state governor, Alex Otti, has appointed former Super Eagles captain, Nwankwo Kanu, and singer J Martins as aides.
The governor disclosed this in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Kazie Uko. The statement stated that the appointments take immediate effect.
