Kwara Governor AbdulRazaq Announces Executive Council Reshuffle

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara has made changes to the State Executive Council, announced on Friday. According to a statement from the Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, several commissioners were reassigned to different ministries.

Mrs. Justina Afolashade, previously the Commissioner for Social Development, has been transferred to the Ministry of Women Affairs. In her place, Mrs. Bosede Buraimoh, who was the Commissioner for Women Affairs, will now lead the Ministry of Social Development.

Additionally, Mrs. Nafisat Buge, who was overseeing the Ministry of Youth Development, has been reassigned to the Ministry of Environment. Mr. Shehu Usman, formerly the Commissioner for Environment, will now head the Ministry of Youth Development.

These changes are effective immediately, as stated by Ajakaye.
